Martin Brown Jordan 1Martin Brown received his BA in Radio Television and Motion Picture Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has attended both the International Film & Television Workshops and the Film Director's Workshop. Beginning his television career in 1981, he has worked in all facets of commercial and broadcast television production.
In 1990, Martin founded Treehouse Productions where is he the principle partner. At Treehouse, Martin's work has focused on documentary and corporate programs on topics concerning natural history, education, science, medicine, and social/cultural issues.

Martin directed and shot the Emmy-nominated documentary Athletes: Back in the Game for Discovery Health. Other broadcast documentary credits include: Beyond the Glory – Fox, February 1st - The Story of the Greensboro Four - PBS Independent Lens, Change Comes Knocking – 2008 “Best Documentary” Appalachian Film Festival - statewide PBS airing in 2009.
